Every want that hot crispy crust on fried chicken to be the same on leftover fried chicken as it was when you first got it? Well, there is a way to retrieve that crispy crust if you follow these simple steps.
1) Place the leftover chicken into a zip lock baggie. This will prevent if from drying out.

2) Place in the refrigerator. Make sure the zip lock is sealed tight.
3) To warm it back up, place it into a Hot Air Cooker. Temperature about 350 degrees and about 5 minutes for smaller pieces and chicken fingers. A few minutes more for larger pieces

That's it, its that simple. The Hot Air Cooker will re-heat it back up and turn that soggy coating crispy again. FYI - don't cook it too long, else it will dry out inside.
